Cramond Brig to South Queensferry

Walked from Cramond Brig to South Queensferry (4-5 miles) along the shore of the Firth of Forth. It's a lovely walk on good paths through woodland, passing through Dalmeny Estate and various beaches. About halfway there's a beach almost completely covered in cockle shells. Going in the direction of South Queensferry is recommended, as you'll be rewarded with stunning views of the Forth bridges, and places to get tea and cake before getting the bus home. A new favourite walk within easy reach of Edinburgh.
