A sunny day in Wells-next-the-Sea, north Norfolk, recently. We walked as far as the beach would take us to meet the incoming sea. The beach is long and shallow, and the tide moves quickly, so we didn't stay there long before deciding to retreat. When we lived in Cambridge, Wells was one of our go-to seaside spots for day trips and mini-breaks. I'm happy we live much closer to the coast now, but even so, I miss visiting the north Norfolk coast as it's such a beautiful area. I'm sure we'll be back again before too long.
