I recently made a work trip to Liverpool for the Association for Historical & Fine Art Photography (AHFAP) conference. It was the first time I'd attended the conference and, while I won't go into details here, I really enjoyed attending, seeing presentations and demonstrations, and meeting other photographers working across the sector. Aside from that, I had a few spare moments on the last day to wander around the nearby Albert Docks and Pier Head area. It's a place rich with history and some amazing architecture. These are a small selection of photos I took with my phone on my lunch break.
